Roberto Lara Aranda serves as the Executive Director of Select Learning, bringing extensive experience in strategic communications and marketing, faith-based leadership, and education. With a background in nonprofit leadership and theological engagement, Roberto has held prominent roles in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA), including President of the Latino Ministries Association and Assistant to the Bishop in the Metropolitan New York Synod. He is passionate about fostering inclusive spaces within the church, advocating for immigrant and LGBTQIA+ communities. In addition to his role at Select Learning, Roberto is a faculty member in Columbia University's Strategic Communication graduate program. He holds a Master of Science in Strategic Communication from Columbia University and leverages his expertise to develop innovative educational programs. At Select Learning, Roberto is committed to expanding access to high-quality theological learning, empowering laypeople and ministry professionals to grow spiritually and engage meaningfully in their communities.

María Rodas serves as Director of Courses at Select Learning, where she oversees educational programs that support lifelong learning and faith formation. With over 15 years of experience in non-profit organizations, primarily in administrative roles, event planning, data management, and volunteer coordinations.
She works closely with leadership teams to ensure that courses and resources are accessible and meet the needs of diverse communities. Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office, María focuses on optimizing processes to improve program delivery and engagement.
